Do you have a store I can visit?

Flavourfull is online only, so there's no storefront or opening hours. You can order any time at flavourfull.ca.

Who runs Flavourfull?

I do. I'm Eshun Mott, a food stylist and recipe developer in Toronto. You can read more on the About page.

Where can I buy Diamond Crystal kosher salt in Canada?

Right here. It's the salt most food publications recommend, and it was one of the reasons I started Flavourfull. We ship it across Canada.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Canada. We don't ship to the US or internationally.

How much is shipping?

GTA delivery is free on orders over $125. Under $125, next-day GTA delivery is $12.99. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, box size and destination, in the GTA and everywhere else in Canada.

How long will my order take?

In the GTA, free delivery takes 1 to 4 business days. Couriers don't pick up on weekends, so orders placed Friday to Sunday go out the following week. If you need something for the weekend, order by Thursday. Outside the GTA, timing depends on where you are; you'll see an estimate at checkout. We can't change a delivery date once it's with the carrier.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, in Toronto's east end, by appointment. At checkout, type PICK UP in the discount code box. Then email us with a day and time that suits you, and we'll reply with the address and where to find your order.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Add the recipient's address at checkout and write your message in the order note. Orders sent straight to a recipient don't include a packing slip, so prices stay private.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't do gift wrapping per se, but for $7.95, we'll pack your gift in its own box inside the shipping box, ready to hand over. Add Gift Packing (Box in a Box) to your cart.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us at info@flavourfull.ca within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Can I return something?

Because most of what we sell is food, all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or defective, see above. The full policy is on the Return Policy page.
