My husband and I love to do taste tests, so we tried three different maple syrups, including one that is made by our friends in MInden, Ontario. They were all good, but the Escuminac Organic has a remarkable complexity - from rich maple to delicate sponge toffee. The sweetness is perfectly balanced. It is light years beyond any other maple syrup I have ever had. Loved it!
