Callebaut Crispearls are a crunchy cereal centre coated in Belgian chocolate: dark, milk, white, or salted caramel. Technically a decorating ingredient, practically a snack you'll need to hide from yourself before the baking begins.

Small enough to fold into batters without sinking, sturdy enough to stay crisp on top of cakes, ice cream, or glazed donuts. They also hold their crunch mixed into chocolate bark or scattered over a tart. A useful finishing touch that adds texture as well as flavour.
