Crispearls
Callebaut Crispearls are a crunchy cereal centre coated in Belgian chocolate: dark, milk, white, or salted caramel. Technically a decorating ingredient, practically a snack you'll need to hide from yourself before the baking begins.
Small enough to fold into batters without sinking, sturdy enough to stay crisp on top of cakes, ice cream, or glazed donuts. They also hold their crunch mixed into chocolate bark or scattered over a tart. A useful finishing touch that adds texture as well as flavour.

I desperately needed these salted caramel crispearls to complete a cake order due the next day. I was looking EVERYWHERE and on the verge of telling my client that we would have to make a substitute when I stumbled upon Flavourfull. They totally saved the day! And if that’s not enough their customer service was so friendly and helpful. now that I’ve had a chance to look at their whole shop of hard to find ingredients I am looking forward to picking up some unique items and getting more creative in the kitchen!
