Deep, dark, and aromatic, Tate & Lyle’s Black Treacle is a British baking essential with a flavour that’s rich but balanced. Similar to molasses, yet a touch thinner, sweeter, and less bitter, it adds warmth and depth without overpowering. Its distinctive taste brings beautiful complexity to both sweet and savoury dishes.
