Chai lovers rejoice!! From famed Diaspora Co, this chai masala spice blend was many years in the making. Rich in cardamom and ginger, sweet with fennel and cinnamon, and spicy with a touch of pepper and cloves this makes a perfectly balanced and delicious beverage.

To make your chai: bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small pot and sprinkle in 1-2 tsp chai masala spices. Simmer for 2 minutes to allow spices to infuse. Add 1 tsp black tea leaves, 1/2 cup milk (any sort), simmer gently for 2 min longer and sweeten to taste (we like honey, they recommend date syrup, but sugar is also fine). If you prefer a cup with less caffeine Diaspora recommends adding the tea leaves for just the last 30 seconds of simmering. Strain and serve.
