CJ Haechandle Gochujang
Gochujang is one of the foundational ingredients in Korean cooking. A sweet and sticky paste made with red chilis (gochugaru), glutinous rice, and fermented soy beans, it's generally mixed with some combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and garlic to produce deliciously savoury sauces, glazes and marinades.
We are picky about our choice of gochujang! CJ Haechandle's brand is South Korea's favourite commercially produced paste, with a brand recognition akin to Heinz's ketchup, and a balanced flavour that works really well in recipes.
