Valrhona Dulcey Blond Feves

Valrhona's Dulcey is a "blond" caramelized white chocolate. Creamy with a toasted buttery and not too sweet flavour - if shortbread was chocolate it would be this. Pairs perfectly with caramel, coffee and hazelnut and low acid fruits like mangos, bananas and apricots. Incredibly delicious - it's one of the few "baking" chocolates we would eat straight up!
