Callebaut Chocolate Callets

Callebaut chocolate callets are high quality Belgian chocolate morsels - a go to for all your baking needs. Easy to melt, callets are also the perfect size to use in any recipe that calls for chocolate chips.  We carry dark, semisweet, milk, their very special ruby chocolate (an entirely natural pink chocolate with a unique fresh berry flavour) and white chocolate.

Dark (70%),  Dark/Semisweet 811 (54.5%), Milk 823 (33.5%) Ruby and White.
