Callebaut chocolate callets are small Belgian chocolate morsels designed for easy melting. The same chocolate used by professional pastry kitchens, in a format sized for home baking: they melt evenly, temper well, and work directly as chocolate chips in any recipe.
Available in Dark (70%), Dark/Semi-Sweet 811 (54.5%), Milk 823 (33.5%), White, and Ruby: an entirely natural pink chocolate with a fresh berry flavour.
