Zambonelli's Almond Sumac Dukkah tastes deeply of toasted almonds and cumin but also has a big bright/tart punch of sumac. Traditionally Egyptian, dukka is a crunchy mix of nuts, seeds and spices used as a topping for meat, fish, vegetables and dips.
