Seggiano Pesto Genovese is a fabulous raw, unpasteurized pesto made in Italy of the tender top leaves of Ligurian (Genovese) basil. Preserved with hours of picking to capture all that flavour, this aromatic, shelf-stable pesto is an excellent alternative to making your own. It's also surprisingly cheese-less/vegan (not that you'd notice) which gives you huge flexibility in how you use it. A great one to keep in your pantry. 200g jar
