Almond Sumac Dukkah tastes deeply of toasted almonds and cumin but also has a big bright/tart punch of sumac. This one is calling would be delicious with any combination of hummus, fruity olive oil, tomatoes and fresh bread. (Almonds, White Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Sumac, Sea Salt, Black Pepper)
Hazelnut Dukkah has the roundest flavour of the three varieties, with the toasted hazelnuts, sunflower, coriander and fennel seeds and a hit of green peppercorn all balancing each other perfectly.
